  • If, for any reason, you are unhappy with or need a quick fix for the services that one of our team members provided, please call us within 7 days of the initial service. We do not give refunds, but we offer the opportunity to have you come back into the salon to have the services reassessed and redone complimentary by your original stylist.

    Edits are a fix, NOT a complete change to the original look from the initial appointment; color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments.

  • Our prices are genderless and apply to any age. Any person who is old enough and able to have a service done with no supervision of a guardian or guest is welcome. Due to COVID, we have limited capacity.

    ALL NEW guests fill out a simple consultation form when booking online (this will require you to attach photos.)
